The Intervention
Deliver personalised support that drives behaviour change

From knowing what to do to being supported to do it
Most people already know that nutrition, movement, sleep and stress matter.
The difficulty is turning that knowledge into realistic and sustainable action while managing work, family responsibilities, health concerns and everyday life.
NUVAVEN combines evidence-informed education with personalised support, professional guidance and ongoing accountability.

The NUVAVEN delivery model
01 — Assess
We establish the employee’s starting point, circumstances, priorities and goals within the agreed programme scope.
02 — Educate
Employees receive clear, evidence-informed education around relevant areas of health, nutrition, lifestyle and behaviour change.
03 — Personalise
Support is adapted to the employee’s needs, health circumstances, working patterns and goals.
04 — Implement
Employees are helped to convert what they have learned into practical actions that fit their lives.
05 — Support
Regular coaching, check-ins and professional guidance provide structure and accountability throughout the programme.
06 — Measure
Progress is reviewed at agreed points, allowing both the employee and the organisation to understand engagement and change.
Areas of support
Depending on the needs identified, a NUVAVEN programme may cover:
Nutrition and healthy eating
Energy and fatigue
Weight management
Physical activity
Sleep and recovery
Stress and lifestyle
Menopause and women’s health
Healthy routines
Confidence and health knowledge
Sustainable behaviour change

Focused workplace pilots
NUVAVEN’s initial pilot programmes are designed to support a defined employee group, rather than attempting to address every workforce challenge at once.
A typical pilot may include:
30–50 employees
A 12-week programme
One clearly defined health challenge
Baseline and end-of-programme measurement
Education and personalised support
Professional nutrition input where appropriate
Ongoing accountability
An anonymised employer outcome report
Potential pilot groups may include women aged 40 and over, high-performing sales teams, senior or business-critical employees, or people receiving medically supervised weight-management treatment.
Supporting employees using weight-management medication
Medication can be one component of clinically appropriate weight management, but it should not be treated as a complete workplace wellbeing solution.
NICE recommends semaglutide for eligible adults alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity, within a specialist weight-management service.
A follow-up study of participants in the STEP 1 semaglutide trial found that participants regained approximately two-thirds of their prior weight loss within one year of stopping treatment. This highlights the importance of long-term clinical care and sustainable habits. It does not mean that every person will experience the same outcome.
Where this forms part of an agreed programme, NUVAVEN can support nutrition, movement, routines and accountability alongside — never instead of — appropriately qualified medical care.
Personalised enough to matter. Structured enough to scale
Employees receive support relevant to their circumstances, while the organisation gains a consistent programme that can be implemented, monitored and evaluated.
